Now, two decades later, both The Nines and Jodie are thriving! She’s all about reaching that next level, and is mindful of where the industry is headed, so she can bring the latest trends, trainings, and innovation back to her team.
As an entrepreneur, she’s become an expert in teamwork, education, career advancement, organization, respect, and, most importantly, the impact of a positive attitude. Jodie believes that when you do what you love, you want to be the best at it, and she is definitely unstoppable!

Get to know the smart and savvy Gabi! Specializing in custom foiling and hair cutting perfection, Gabi has made lifelong friends and clients while learning the latest skills in all things beauty at The Nines for more than 14 years.
When she isn’t producing the most gorgeous blowouts, she’s raising two young ladies with her husband, running, cooking, and using her exceptional attention-to-detail to tend her flower garden.
Loved by literally everybody, Gabi brings the fabulous to each person she meets!
Izzy’s creative spirit is so fun! She creates the most beautiful, bespoke color mixtures, is our in-house extension expert, and has a passion for prescriptive hair care so her clients can achieve their best hair at home. Izzy is a true artist, but also deeply logical—understanding that maintaining optimal hair health will make her clients feel their most beautiful in the long-term.
With over 8 years (of totally crushing it) in the beauty industry, she also knows when to indulge in self-care measures, like petting cute kittens and styling her home.
The 20s have been all about taking time for you…and lashes! Hailey knows how to design the most luxurious experience for our guests at The Nines and always enhances it with a little something extra. As a lash extensionist, esthetician, and salon coordinator, Hailey makes eyes pop while also bring the vibe up a notch—helping clients feel welcomed, beautiful, and ready to embrace the power of self-care.
