With impeccable hospitality, exceptional cuts, coloring, and texturizing by top stylists and colorists, we at The Nines maintain the most current cutting techniques and styles. All members of our team participate in training programs and attend advanced academies on a regular basis.

Prepare for Your Visit

  • Our scheduling is designed to permit the time needed to complete each service. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for a smooth transition, a relaxed service ensuring that the same courtesies will be passed on to our next scheduled guest.
  • We ask that only those receiving services are permitted in the service area.
  • As we welcome children with appointments, we do not have the facilities to accommodate children, it is suggested that prior arrangements are made. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests. However, please note that all gratuities must be in cash or check. We cannot accept gratuities via credit or debit card.

Gift Cards

The perfect gift for any occasion. Gift cards have no maintenance fees and expire 1 year from date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  • The Nines offers a waiting list should you need a specific day and time that is currently reserved.
  • On-site hair and makeup services available upon request. Please inquire for pricing.
  • Prices subject to change. Variation in pricing should there be additional time, products, or services.
  • We understand that situations may arise in your schedule. If you must cancel or reschedule your reserved appointment time, we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice to avoid any service charges.
  • Up to 2 cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service.
  • Any missed appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of a 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
  • The Nines reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee as well as the right to request a credit card to secure future appointments that are 2.5 hours or more. Different policies may apply for special events.
  • Hair Extension appointments require a 50% deposit.
  • In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please call to schedule a new appointment within 2 weeks from the original date of service.
