Our program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in technical skills, guest handling, and business building. Work with dedicated service providers to grow into a career hairdresser. The Associate Program is a performance-based level system. Each level focuses on a specific skill set and training for that level only. With each level jump there is a raise in compensation and the opportunity to move up to the next level. The salon is committed to paving the way for every associate graduate from our program to have a seamless transition from associate to stylist with all the skills necessary for success. We are always on the lookout for potential associates with passion, eagerness to learn and a willingness to be trained and coached.
We are looking for a confident and customer service-focused person to become the new face and voice of our front desk.
Our Guest Service Experts are responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care, booking appointments, greeting and checking-out guests, offering additional service opportunities, as well as assisting guests in understanding our products, specials, and company programs.
They are also critical to our behind-the-scenes operations keeping the daily flow of the salon running smoothly, including handling, stocking and cleaning, as well as opening and closing procedures.
